Listly Terms of Use

By using Listly you agree to these terms.

What Listly is. A place to rank your favorites, share them and talk about them. Rankings are opinions.
Your account. You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Community rules. Zero tolerance. Do not post or send anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal, spam, or that pretends to be someone else. Do not share other people's private information. Listly filters some offensive words, but you are responsible for what you post.
Reporting and blocking. You can report or block anyone from their profile, list, comment or message. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts that posted it.
Your content. What you post is yours. By posting it you let Listly show it in the app to other users. Public content stays public until you delete it or your account.
Third-party content. Album art and previews come from Apple. GIFs come from KLIPY and its contributors. Team, brand and league names belong to their owners and only identify items in lists. Listly is not affiliated with them.
No warranty. Listly is provided as is. Features can change or stop.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Listly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
Governing law. The laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
